Some OSDBU features may use AI-assisted analysis to help users understand the relationship between a stated requirement and available vendor capability information. When a user intentionally requests such analysis, we process the information needed to provide that feature.

AI-assisted output is decision support only. It is not a procurement award, eligibility determination, legal conclusion, or substitute for human review and applicable procurement procedures. Users should verify relevant source information before relying on an analysis.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, or support the Services; to organizations or users as directed by the account holder or as necessary to provide platform functionality; and when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Services.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use OSDBU personal information for third-party targeted advertising.

OSDBU is designed in part to make business capability information discoverable to authorized users. Information placed in a vendor profile or capability statement may therefore be visible to users or organizations consistent with the feature, account configuration, and access model. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the intended business purpose.
